Helen Flanagan has shared her son's awful struggle after recently jetting back from a sun-soaked getaway. The actress recently whisked her three children off to Barbados after the schools broke up for the summer holidays.

Bury-born Helen ditched the UK for a week and first started her holiday updates when she was seen at the airport with her brood before posting more photos and videos to her fans and followers on Instagram through the trip on which she was also joined by a pal who helps her out with her children.

Once back home, Helen shared a candid snap showing herself ferrying her son Charlie and youngest daughter Delilah in a pushchair while eldest daughter Matilda gripped her arm and smiled for the camera.

Alongside the blurry snap, Helen, who played Rosie Webster in ITV's Corrie, admitted things hadn't been as idyllic as some may expect in such a beautiful location. "Also Charlie pushed his buggy into the pool and also weed on his buggy as we are potty training," she typed alongside the snap with a crying laughing face and a skull emoji.

She said she "loved" the designer pram and asked for recommendations for a professional cleaner to get it back into shipshape. However, Helen clearly felt like her trip had been a success as she said: "Barbados we did it," along with a coconut emoji and the emojis which shows raising hands.

But her poor two-year-old son has ended ups struggling upon their return home back to the north as Helen took to Instagram to show Charlie's red and blistering legs. Alongside the post on her Stories, the 32-year-old typed: "My poor baby's skin. Been up all night crying."

She could then be seen cuddling the toddler as she said to the camera: "Bless him, Charlie's skin is really, really bad... Just lots of cuddles today. It's really sore, bless him." She said he's been prescribed more cream by a dermatologist before saying her little one has been "so upset".

It comes after Helen shared her own problem after jetting back off holiday. In her first update earlier this week after heading back home, Helen took to her Instagram Story where she appeared makeup free and in a pair of grey matching pyjamas after undergoing some treatment for what she said is a 'weird' problem. "

Hi guys, sorry, I am literally... I have no make-up on," she said in the video as she played with her hair which had been scraped back into a bun. "I've just had a drainage massage which was amazing, so great," the mum-of-three then said to the camera. Helen, who is famed for having been in Coronation Street, then changed the subject, saying: "I just wanted to chat about our Barbados holiday.

"We had an amazing time. It was fab. I came back yesterday and I have been really, really tired," before carrying on chatting about her getaway. Helen then later went back to the lymphatic drainage procedure as she shared a video of herself getting sat at the massage bed, posing in the mirror while waiting for the treatment to get underway. "So tonight, @TouchofHealthUK came round for a lymphatic drainage massage," she typed.

"I get really bad water retention after flying," she added before she shared a video of her legs being massaged. "I get awful water retention around m knees... I'm really slim I just hold so much water around my knees," she typed alongside the clip. She added: "It's really weird... also it's definitely hormonal."
